International shipments are handled by trusted global carriers, including FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, and USPS. Our fulfillment team selects the best carrier based on your destination and shipping speed. You cannot choose a specific carrier, but regardless of which carrier delivers your order, your package will arrive in plain, unmarked packaging.

The international shipping fee you pay at checkout covers only the cost of transporting your package from our facility to your address. It does not include:

Customs Declaration

We describe contents generically (e.g., "personal care products" or "silicone massagers") and declare the actual purchase value as required by law. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue orders to avoid customs fees; doing so is illegal and risks seizure of your shipment.

Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed late Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays ship the next business day.

International Transit Time Variables
International shipping involves more variables than domestic delivery. Your package must clear customs, which can take anywhere from a few hours to several days. Transit times depend on available cargo flights, weather conditions, and carrier routing. Once your package enters your country's postal system, it follows local delivery schedules.

Some customers receive orders within a week; others may experience delays stretching to three weeks or more. These variations are normal for international shipping. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.

What If My Package Is Lost, Delayed, or Stuck in Customs?

Stuck in Customs
If tracking shows your package is held in customs for an extended period, it usually means customs authorities are assessing duties or require additional information. The carrier or postal service will contact you with instructions. If you're asked to pay duties or provide documentation, please respond promptly to avoid further delays or return of the package.

Package Shows Delivered But Not Found
Please check thoroughly with everyone at your address, around your property, with neighbors, and with your building management (if applicable). Your package arrived in plain packaging, so it may not be immediately recognizable.

Lost Packages
If tracking hasn't updated in several weeks beyond the expected window, or the carrier declares it lost, contact us. We'll file an international claim and work with you on a resolution.

Delayed Packages
International delays are common due to customs processing, carrier routing, and local postal efficiency. If tracking shows your package is still moving—even slowly—please be patient. If your package is significantly delayed beyond estimates, reach out, and we'll investigate.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If you refuse delivery, fail to pay customs fees, or allow your package to be returned as unclaimed, we cannot offer a full refund.
