Changing Your Address After Ordering

Delivery Instructions
We can include delivery instructions (gate codes, "leave at back door," etc.) with your shipment, but carriers rarely honor them. If you have specific delivery concerns, consider shipping to a workplace, a trusted neighbor, or a PO Box.
Signature Requirements
Most orders do not require a signature. However, shipments over 15 lbs may require Adult Signature Required to prevent loss or misdelivery. The carrier will only release your package if someone 18+ (21+ in some jurisdictions) is present with valid government-issued photo ID.
